Latest News and Information from the Managing Director.
We have a new member of the RnH team: Tony Wheeler has joined us from another company within the refit industry. We are delighted to welcome Tony to RnH. Tony comes with a range of skills, including his excellent CAD design abilities, and I know he is going to be a real asset to RnH.
RnH are having a makeover in our office with new rooms being built including an area for the staff to relax and enjoy their lunch.
Due to ever increasing demands for our services in the Southern Hemisphere, RnH have established a storage agreement in Brisbane for tools, PPE and consumables, this allows us to be able to be even more cost effective and reactive to the demands of preparing projects on the other side of the world.
RnH have just procured a contract to manufacture furniture for Princess Cruises on one of their Pacific Fleet Vessels.
Managing Directors Summary:- Well I am looking at the end of our financial year, and it has been an exciting year and we have been busy throughout. In this time we have, among other things, built smoking rooms, demolished DJ booths, refurbished every crew cabin on the Pacific Jewel in just 16 days, supplied and installed 20 interconnecting doors between cabins on a cruise ship, manufactured and installed bridge equipment lockers and built three category 14 lockers while the ships were on a South Pacific Cruise. This is in addition to our access and all trade worksquads, installation of fire hydrants and sprinkler systems, and our H/Vac ducting works. All carried out "in house" without the need to sub contract out to third party companies. I am extremely proud of my compact but excellent team, they have all worked extremely hard to achieve my targets this year and in the next year we are looking to be as busy as ever already.
